I, THE MOST HIGH, have redeemed MY Covenant People this day.

All curses cast upon them this day have ended. I lay upon them this day a Spirit of Redemption.

I bestow, upon Carl B. Thompson, the authority to:

4. Reestablish MY People As A Nation [Is 11:11-13, 28:5-6, 33:24, 41:8-10, 17, 66:8; Jer 3:18, 29:12-14, 31:7-13, 50:4; Eze 34:32, 37:16-24; Zec 10:6]

5. Establish A New Covenant With ME (THE MOST HIGH) and MY Covenant People [Heb 8:6-13, Jer 30:16, 31:31-34, Ez 37, Mt 26:28; Lk 22:20, 1 Cor 11:25, 2 Cor 3:6, Heb 8:8, 9:15, 12:24]

6. Address The Nations Regarding Their Roles In Assisting In Reestablishing MY People To Their Land [Gen 12:7, 13:15-16, 17:7-8, 24:7, Jer 31:7-13; Gal 3 all, 3:16, 26-29]

7. Warn and Forewarn The Nations of The Consequences of Their Actions [Is 14:45:1-25; Is 41:11-16; Jer 10:25, 30:16]

8. Exact Punishment To The Nations for Their Disobedience [Gen 15:13; Is 13:1-22, 14:2, 34:1-17; 45:9; Acts 7:7, Rom 9:20-22]

9. Set Times as I Direct

10. Release Plagues, Signs, and Demonstrative Wonders

11. Propel MY “Will” Be Done

12. Exact MY Power [Ex 4:6-9, Is 45:1-8; 1Cor 2:4, 4:20 ]

13. Inhibit ALL Rebellious Actions Against MY Will

14. Set Parameters for Establishing A Constitution Between ME (THE MOST HIGH) and MY Covenant People

15. Prepare MY People for The Armageddon

16. Prepare The Minds for Leadership of MY (THE MOST HIGH’s) High Council

17. Lead In Building MY New Temple [Is 44:28, 45:1-8]

18. Prepare The World for MY (THE MOST HIGH’s) Retribution

19. Evoke The Forth Coming of MY (THE MOST HIGH’s) 4 Horsemen

20. Confront MY (THE MOST HIGH’s) Fallen One, Address MY Grievances Against Him, and Prepare The Spiritual Parameters For His Demise
